Therapy

I offer individual therapy sessions to address a range of concerns. My style is warm, collaborative, empathetic, and acceptance-based.

I use evidence-based treatments and often integrate exposure therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). We will work together to determine the best way to address your concerns!

For those with eating or body image related concerns, I work from a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework and do not offer weight loss or weight management services.

I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming provider and strive to provide care that is inclusive and respectful of all identities.

Consultation

My area of expertise is in exposure-based treatments across a broad range of presenting problems. I provide consultation sessions to professionals looking to expand their practice to use exposure-based approaches with clients. Whether you want training in exposure or are feeling stuck with a complex case, these consultation sessions are flexible and designed to help professionals at all levels of experience.

Workshops

I offer workshops, CE trainings, and invited talks on exposure therapy for eating disorders, OCD, and anxiety disorders. I am passionate about providing training in evidence-based treatments.
