Education & Training

Clinical Experiences & Approach

I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, post-traumatic stress, and depression, among other concerns. I am certified in Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD and in Prolonged Exposure for PTSD. I trained in specialty clinics for those with social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety, OCD, and PTSD, and eating disorders. I also have clinical experience in a number of settings including outpatient clinics, a partial hospitalization program, and an inpatient hospital.

I take an evidence-based approach to working with clients and tend to integrate cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I love working with clients to help them confront their fears, identify what is keeping them stuck, and live a more meaningful, fulfilling life based on their values. My clients and I work as a team to identify the best way to address their concerns.
